About the Tour
This tour combines two options: Morro de São Paulo and Boipeba. With two nights on each island, it allows a better exploration of the natural sites while also providing leisure time.
Day 01: Salvador / Morro de São Paulo
Catamaran Option: Early afternoon, transfer to the pier. Board the regular catamaran and cross the Bay of All Saints towards Morro de São Paulo (1h50min).
Note: We do not recommend sea travel from May to November, when the sea conditions often cause rough waters.
Air Option: Late morning, transfer to Salvador airport for a flight to Morro de São Paulo (20min).
Upon arrival, check-in at the guesthouse. Rest of the afternoon free. Dinner not included.
Day 02: Morro de São Paulo / Free Day
Free day to enjoy Morro de São Paulo.
Late afternoon free for rest. Meals on your own.
Day 03: Morro de São Paulo / Salvador
In the morning, board a boat (shared service) for a tour of the islands of Tinharé and Boipeba, the most beautiful of the region. The trip allows you to see some of Tinharé’s pristine beaches. Stop along the reefs to swim in the natural sea pools. The tour continues to Boipeba, a smaller and well-preserved island, a true paradise among coconut trees. Upon arrival, check-in at the guesthouse. Rest of the day free. Suggested walk around the village and stop near the church to admire the sunset. Dinner on your own.
Day 04: Morro de São Paulo / Boat Tour (Island Return) / Boipeba
Free day to enjoy Boipeba.
Late afternoon free for rest.
Meals on your own.
Day 05: Boipeba / Salvador (94km, partly by land)
Morning free to enjoy the beach. Lunch on your own. Early afternoon, return according to your chosen option: regular flight (30min) or navigation to the village of Graciosa (50min) and continuation via Itaparica by bus or private car (approximately 2h). Crossing of the Bay of All Saints (50min, Itaparica Island) to Salvador, followed by transfer to hotel or airport.
Notes:
Morro de São Paulo is very popular during summer. For comfort and privacy reasons, we do not recommend travel from December 28 until the end of Carnival (late February).
May, June, and July are generally rainy months on the island.
